We have a team specially do the structure design, years design more than 10 series new products ,to keep the products fresh in the market

Heat management design

Our engineers also can do the heat management design, after finish the structure design, must do the hest simulation, can make the products perfect when do the mass production

We have another team specially in design optics, like the lens and reflectors for obstruction light, marine lantern and helipad light. and also custmolized, to design the special optic based on customer’s project.

After finish design of products and the mold, we die casting the housing in factory, it can fast action and save cost.

Aging test

We have 1200 SQM work shop for obstruction light, marine lantern and helipad light to do aging test, we have one automatic aging test line, and 20 lines standard aging test line, it can test 2000 pcs lamps at the same time.

We also have many testing equipments, including the light distribution test, salt spray test, optoelectronic test, temperature test, waterproof test, temperature and humidity test…..
